How is Managed Team pricing calculated?+
Monthly fee based on team size and role levels. For example: Marketing Team (3 people) ~$8k-12k/month, Sales Team (5 people) ~$12k-18k/month. Includes all costs: salaries, management fees, tools, etc.
Can Managed Teams be customized? Can I choose team members?+
Fully customizable. We build teams based on your needs, and you can participate in interviews to select suitable members. After team formation, you communicate directly with members while we handle backend management and performance monitoring.
What if a team member underperforms or leaves?+
This is the core value of Managed Teams. We assume personnel management risks, including replacing underperforming members, handling resignation handovers, and maintaining team stability. Focus on business goals — we handle the rest.
How long is the contract? Can it be terminated anytime?+
Minimum contract period is 3 months, then renewable or terminable monthly. We recommend at least 6 months for team alignment. Termination requires 30 days' notice, and we'll assist with knowledge transfer.
Do Managed Teams include management tools and systems?+
Includes basic project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) and communication tools (Slack). If you need specific tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), we can help deploy and train, with separate fees.
