Project outsourcing is a one-time project with fixed scope and deliverables, with clear pricing and timelines. Managed Team is ongoing monthly collaboration suitable for long-term business support. Choose project outsourcing if your need is "finish this project and done"; choose Managed Team if it's "need a team for continuous support."
Is the price for project outsourcing fixed? Can it go over budget?+
Yes, fixed pricing. We sign a detailed Statement of Work (SOW) before project start, with all costs and timelines clearly stated in the contract. Additional fees only occur if you request scope changes, and we'll inform you and get approval in advance.
How do you ensure project quality? What if deliverables don't meet expectations?+
We use milestone-based delivery where each milestone requires your approval before payment. If deliverables don't meet expectations, we'll revise for free until you're satisfied (within original scope). Our project managers track throughout to ensure quality and timelines.
How long does it take to prepare before project start?+
From initial contact to project kickoff typically takes 1-2 weeks. During this phase, we'll clarify requirements, define scope, and establish timelines and pricing. For urgent projects, we can expedite to start within 3-5 business days.
Do you provide maintenance and support after project completion?+
All projects include 30 days of free maintenance (bug fixes and minor adjustments). After 30 days, you can choose pay-as-you-go maintenance or upgrade to Managed Team mode for continuous business support.
